入場須知

1. 本活動之主辦單位為MakerVille Company Limited（「主辦單位」）。
2. 觀眾必須持有效門票方可進入本活動場地，且限制每人一張門票。進場人士必須遵守本活動及場地之特定條款限制，包括但不限於年齡限制、行為規範、禁止攜帶物品等。如有任何違規行為，場地工作人員有權拒絕其入場或要求離場。
3. 本活動只限 6 歲或以上持有效身份證明文件人士入場，年齡未滿16歲之人士須由家長或監護人陪同入場。場地工作人員有權查驗參加者的身份證明文件以驗證年齡，如未能通過驗證，場地工作人員有權拒絕其入場。
4. 本活動門票資料及入場確認碼（如有）一經刪除、修改或篡改，即告失效作廢。如有任何遺失、損毀、塗改、偽造、偷竊、欺詐或未經授權使用之情況，主辦單位將不會承擔任何責任或補發門票，任何影印本均視作無效。如有任何爭議，概以主辦單位之紀錄為準，主辦單位具有最終決定權。
5. 主辦單位若發現或懷疑有人炒賣本活動門票或從事任何違法行為（包括但不限於盜用個人資料或偽造身份證明文件），主辦單位有權取消相關人士之購票及/或入場資格，並取消相關門票，主辦單位亦保留採取法律行動的權利。被取消購票和/或入場資格的人士將無法進入活動場地，同時被取消的門票亦將失效，所有已支付的門票費用，包括手續費均不會退還。
6. 主辦單位保留權利更改本活動之內容而不作退票或換票。
7. 主辦單位有權隨時更改或延遲本活動之演出日期、取消本活動、重新編配或刪減座位，而不會就此對有關人士之任何期望落差、不便、損失或損害承擔任何責任。如有任何爭議，主辦單位所作的決定為最終。
8. 持票人士須根據本活動門票的行數及座位編號入座。
9. 持票人士須遵守香港法例、主辦單位及場地之安全指引、場地規則、主辦單位及場地工作人員的指示。進場人士應自行注意個人安全，避免在場內出現任何危險或不安全行為。主辦單位有權拒絕任何未能遵守相關規例的持票人士進場或隨時要求該等人士離開。如有任何緊急情況，進場人士應立即向工作人員尋求協助。
10. 主辦單位及/或場地工作人員有權決定遲到者入場的時間及方式，持票人士應遵守主辦單位及/或場地工作人員之指示及安排入場。
11. 本活動場內請勿攝影及攝錄，除特許人員外，所有人士嚴禁攜帶攝影及攝錄器材、腳架進場。
12. 嚴禁在本活動場內吸煙、錄音、攝影、錄影或直播，或攜帶玻璃瓶、食品、飲品、金屬利器、易燃物品、鐳射指示器、升空氣球或金屬氣球等危險物品進入本活動場地。
13. 所有人士均不得攜帶任何動物（除經場地事先書面同意的導盲犬外）進入本活動場地。
14. 為避免干擾演唱會的進行，請在本活動進行期間關掉鬧鐘及手提電話的響鬧裝置。
15. 嚴禁攜帶任何影響或妨礙他人視線及欣賞本活動的物件進場，包括但不限於38×30×20厘米以上手提包/背包、大面積燈牌（燈牌最大體積為38x30x20 厘米）、自拍桿、氣球、旗幟、長傘及板凳等，主辦單位保留沒收上述物件至本活動完結的權利。如有上述限制物品，請寄存於場地之行李寄存服務櫃位。
16. 若任何人士違反本條款及條件、違反主辦單位及/或場地規則、騷擾他人或從事任何主辦單位認為不適當的行為，主辦單位有權要求相關人士立即離開場地，並不予以任何賠償或退款。
17. 本活動之過程可能會被拍攝、錄影及/或現場直播，主辦單位有權（但非義務）在世界各地的電視及其他主辦單位認為適合的媒體上，及/或以其他任何形式廣播或發佈。所有本活動之知識產權，包括但不限於現場錄影及/或其相關過程中所錄製的影音製品的知識產權及其他一切權利均由主辦單位永久擁有。持票人進入演唱會場地即表示同意被錄音或拍攝，持票人士在此不可撤銷地放棄其對有關本活動現場錄影及/或其相關過程的影音錄影製品內容現有及未來的所有權利（包括但不限於版權、知識產權及精神權利）。
18. 在法律允許的最大範圍內，主辦單位不會對持票人士或其他人士就參與本活動或其相關過程、接受或使用紀念品（如有）、或參加任何與紀念品（如有）有關的活動而導致任何直接或間接的傷害、損害、損失、費用、意外、延誤或不便承擔任何責任。
19. 如本活動開場時間前四小時懸掛八號或以上風球或黑色暴雨警告訊號，或因任何原因需取消或改期，請留意主辦單位Facebook專頁 (https://www.facebook.com/Makers.weare/)/Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/makers.weare/)及/或ERROR Facebook專頁 (https://www.facebook.com/ERROR.WeAre/)/Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/error.weare/) 內的最新公佈。
20. 購買本活動門票的人士、持票人士及進場人士同意受本條款及條件及所有與本活動相關的適用規定所約束。主辦單位保留不時更新或修改本條款及條件的權利，而不作另行通知，如有任何更新或修改，相關條款將於發佈在主辦單位Facebook專頁 (https://www.facebook.com/Makers.weare/)/Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/makers.weare/) 後即時生效。如有任何爭議，主辦單位將擁有最終的決定權和具約束力的決定。
21. 本條款及條件受香港特別行政區（「香港」）法律管轄。購票人士、持票人士及進場人士同意受香港法院的專屬司法管轄權管轄。
22. 如有任何爭議，場地管理方及主辦單位保留最終決定權。

入場須知

• 所有觀眾入場前均須通過袋子檢查方可入場。
• 觀眾於節目進行期間中途離場後，不得重新入場。

重要告示 

• 每張門票只供一名人士入場。
• 座位觀眾年齡限制：6 歲或以上。
• 任何外來食物或飲料、一次性或可重用水樽均不得攜帶入場。
• 所有門票必須從官方票務銷售點購買。如有任何損毀、或遺失企位／不設劃位之門票，一概不受理任何補票。
• 嚴禁炒賣門票。門票如已被使用、轉售、分享予他人或作其他商業／團體用途，場地管理方及活動主辦方有權取消該門票。
• 嚴禁售賣或派發未獲授權的商品或其他物品。
• 演出可能包含強光或煙霧效果，如觀眾感到不適或需要協助，請盡快通知現場醫療或保安人員。
• 場地管理方不能保證觀眾的視野在活動中完全不受任何阻礙。
• 如有任何爭議，場地管理方及活動主辦方保留最終決定權。

違禁物品及事項

• 未獲授權的拍攝、錄影或錄音；
• 任何專業相機、GoPro或其他運動相機、錄影/錄音設備及平板電腦；
• 自拍桿；
• 橫幅、海報、旗幟、標誌，以及任何未獲授權的宣傳、商業、政治、宗教或冒犯性的物品，包括但不限於單張、貼紙或傳單；
• 任何體積超過 38 厘米 X 30 厘米 X 20 厘米（即 15 英寸 X 12 英寸 X 8 英寸）的個人物品；
• 玻璃、鐵罐、塑膠或金屬飲料容器及保溫瓶／杯；
• 矮凳／可摺疊式座椅
• 長柄雨傘；
• 充氣物體（即氣球）、任何遙控飛行設備或玩具（如：直升機模型、無人機）；
• 與表演無關的樂器；
• 危險物品、武器、罐裝噴霧及任何尖銳物品；
• 攜帶及發放煙花、煙火或鐳射儀器；
• 吸煙（包括電子煙及霧化煙）；
• 攜帶或吸食任何非法藥物；
• 任何動物（警犬及導盲犬除外）；
• 任何場地管理方認為有害或可能構成公眾滋擾的物品。

 

Venue Entry Conditions

• All patrons are required to go through bag search procedure before entering the venue.
• No re-admission is allowed; ticket is considered void after exit the venue.

Important Notice

• Each ticket admits ONE (1) person only.
• Age limit for Seated event: 6 or above.
• Any outside food and drinks, or any kinds of drink bottles are not permitted to be brought into venue.
• All tickets must be purchased from official ticketing agents. No re-issue of damaged or lost tickets (neither standing nor free seating) in any cases.
• No ticket scalping is allowed. Venue and the event organiser reserve the right to void any tickets if they are used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association.
• Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items are not permitted.
• Strobe lighting and smoke may occur during the performance, please contact onsite medical staff or security officer if feeling unwell or require any assistances.
• Venue cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstructions during an event.
• Venue and the event organiser reserve all rights to make final decision in case of any disputes.

Prohibited Items

• Unauthorised photography, filming or recording;
• All professional cameras, GoPro or other action cameras, video/voice recording devices and tablets;
• Selfie sticks;
• Banners, posters, flags, signs, and any unauthorized promotional, commercial, political, religious, or offensive items, including but not limited to leaflets, stickers, or flyers;
• Any personal belongings larger than the dimensions of 38 cm X 30 cm X 20 cm (i.e. 15 inches X 12 inches X 8 inches);
• Glass, cans, plastic or reuseable bottles, metal drink containers or thermal bottles/cups;
• Stools/folded chairs;
• Long umbrellas;
• Inflated objects, balloons or remote-controlled aerial device or toy (e.g. model helicopters or drones);
• Musical instruments not involved with the performance;
• Hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects;
• Possessing or using fireworks, pyro or laser device;
• Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping;
• Possessing or using any illegal drugs;
• Animals (except police dog / assist dog);
• Any other items deemed harmful or a public nuisance by venue.

 

購票方式說明 How To Buy Tickets

1. 成功購買門票後，閣下可隨時在 KKTIX App 或 KKTIX 網站查看到電子門票 QR Code。您可以前往 App Store／Google Play 下載 KKTIX App，入場時以手提電話出示 QR Code。
   E-tickets can be viewed on the KKTIX App and KKTIX website upon successful purchase. You can download the KKTIX App on the App Store／Google Play to display your QR code at entry.
2. 門票限以 KKTIX 會員購買。請購票人士先免費加入成會員並盡早通過電子郵件地址驗證，以便進行購票流程。
   To purchase tickets, you must become a KKTIX member. Please sign up as a member for free and verify your email address at your earliest convenience. 
3. 為了確保您的權益，強烈建議您在註冊會員或結帳時填寫的聯絡人電子郵件，盡量不要使用 Yahoo 或 Hotmail 郵件信箱，以免因為擋信、漏信，甚至被視為垃圾郵件而無法收到「訂單成立通知信」。
   An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. To avoid the failure of receiving the order confirmation email, KKTIX does NOT suggest using Yahoo or Hotmail email for registration.
4. 系統發出之 QR Code 電子票券等同正式入場門票，一組 QR Code 限一人使用。如閣下購買的是多張門票，則會收到同等數量的 QR Code。
   The QR code on your e-ticket is equivalent to the official admission ticket. One QR code can only be used by one person. You will receive an equal amount of QR code according to your purchase amount.
5. 每位 KKTIX 會員及每張信用卡最多可購買 4 張門票。此限制或會按銷售狀況隨時放寬，恕不另行通知。
   Each KKTIX member and each payment card can purchase up to 4 tickets. This limit may be eased at any time based on the availability without prior notice.
6. 訂單一旦成立，恕不接受更改、取消、退回或退款。
   No modifications, cancellations, returns or refunds will be accepted once the order is established.
7. 每張門票需要收取 HK$12 KKTIX 平台服務費。所有已繳付的服務費或任何手續費於任何情況下均不獲退還。
   KKTIX booking fee of HK$12 will be charged for each ticket. All booking fees or any other handling fees charged will not be refunded under any circumstances.
8. 活動為全場坐位：僅提供「電腦配位」，系統將自動配以選擇票價的最合適區域及相連座位。若當下已無相連座位，系統會分配符合選擇張數的不相連座位。
   This is a seated event. The system will follow the preset logic to scan from the default preferred seat to select appropriate location of the available seats matching the required quantity from customers for their consideration. If no adjacent seats are available at the moment, the system will provide separate seats matching the selected quantity.
9. 每個訂單成立後會向您發出「訂單成立通知」電郵。電子郵件可能因不同因素未能寄到您的郵箱，因此僅作交易通知之用。沒收到「訂單成立通知」電郵不代表交易沒有成功。一旦無法確認訂單是否交易成功，請前往會員帳戶的「訂單」查詢您的消費資料。只要是成功的訂單，皆會顯示您所消費的資訊；若查不到您所訂購的資訊，即表示交易並未成功，請重新訂票。若您是付款失敗，請於付款期限之內再次嘗試付款。
   An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon each successful purchase. The email could be undelievered to your email system due to various reasons. The confirmation email is for notification purposes only. The inability to receive the confirmation email does not equal to failure of the transaction. You can visit “Your Billing List” to view the details of your orders. If you cannot view the related order, that means your transaction failed and you should try ordering again. If your payment method fails during the purchase, please try again within the specified time limit.
10. KKTIX 系統沒有固定的清票時間，只要消費者沒有於期限內完成付款，未付款的門票就會陸續釋放出來，消費者可隨時留意網頁是否有釋出可購買的門票。
    KKTIX will release the tickets accordingly from the uncompleted orders by customers who do not finish the payment within the time limit. Customers can check the availability of tickets by visiting our website.

 

注意事項 Terms & Conditions

1. 購票前請詳閱注意事項，一旦購票成功視為同意所有活動注意事項。
   Please pay attention to all terms and conditions. You agree to all rules and regulations if you complete your order.
2. 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非 KKTIX 正式授權售票之渠道、網站購票，除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及 KKTIX 概不負責。
   To protect your rights and interests, please do not purchase tickets through any unofficial ticketing platforms or channels that are not authorized by KKTIX. Fraud and disputes may occur during the transaction. Meanwhile, the organizer and KKTIX will not be responsible for any admission issues or other problems caused by the tickets from unauthorized ticketing platforms.
3. 已售出門票恕不接受任何退票、退款。
   No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted once the ticket is sold.
4. 不論年齡，一人一票、憑票入場。如遇門票遺失或損毀，恕不補發。請務必妥善保管好購買之門票。
   Each ticket admits one person only regardless of age. No reissue of any ticket lost or damaged. Please keep your ticket safe.
5. 座位觀眾年齡限制：6 歲或以上。
   Age limit for Seated event: 6 or above.
6. 此活動的電子門票轉讓功能將於 2026年11月25日 凌晨12時起 提供。
   The e-ticket transfer function for this event will be available from 12:00AM on 25 November 2026.
7. 如發現購買門票時有任何不尋常的紀錄、炒賣、不正當方式購票 (如使用自動購票工具、惡意軟件或外掛程式)、購買超出限制的票數、或任何涉及違法的行為，KKTIX 有權取消其入場資格並保留一切法律追究的權利。所有已支付的門票費用，包括手續費及行政費均不會退還。如有任何爭議，KKTIX 保留拒絕或取消任何交易的最終決定權。
   If any unusual transactions, ticket scalping (e.g. use of automatic tools, macro programmes, malicious softwares or unauthorized browser extensions), purchase of exceeded amount of ticket, illegal acts or speculation is found, KKTIX has the right to cancel their qualifications of entry and reserves the right to take legal actions. All ticket fees paid, including booking and handling fees, will not be refunded. In case of any dispute, KKTIX reserves the right to reject or cancel any transaction.
8. 主辦單位或場館職員有權拒絕遲到者入場，並有權決定遲到者的入場時間及方式。
   The organizer and the management of the venue reserve the right to refuse admission to latecomers and the right to determine the time and the manner in which latecomers are to admitted.
   
9. 活動門票必須從官方票務銷售點購買。任何損毀、污損、經過塗改、殘缺不全或複印之門票，一概將不受理。
   All tickets must be purchased from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.
10. 持票者須使用 KKTIX 應用程式出示門票入場。入場前請確保手提電話已連接網絡，以便開啟應用程式內的門票。
    Ticket holders are required to present their e-ticket in the KKTIX App for entry. Mobile devices should be connected to the internet prior to the admission for accessing the ticket in the app.
11. 場內禁止攜帶外來食物或飲品。
    No outside food or drink is allowed at the venue.
12. 持票者必須遵守主辦單位及場館的所有規定。如有干擾活動進行之行為，可被拒進場並不獲退款。
    Ticket holders must comply with all rules and regulations arranged by the organizer and the venue. If anyone interferes with the event, they could be rejected for entry without a refund.
13. 活動相關訊息變動，主辦單位保留隨時變更或終止此活動之權利。
    The organizer reserves the rights to suspend, terminate, amend or modify the event if there are any changes necessary.
14. 如有任何爭議，主辦單位及 KKTIX 保留一切最終決定權。
    In case of any disputes, the decisions of the organizer and KKTIX shall be final.
